Kelsey Asbille Chow has been an American actor for more than a decade. She gained notoriety for her performance as a Disney XD actor in the sitcom "Pair of Kings". She filmed the starring part on Always and Forever, which was telecast on the Hallmark Channel several times throughout 2009. Barbara was host of Ballroom with a Twist the innovative new show which features famous emcees, as well as dancers that take on roles on Dancing with the Stars. Barbara was also a character on Lifetime's Army Wives TV show. Barbara was a guest on ABC's George Lopez, enacted in Sabrina The Teenage Witch, performed across the United States in Neil Simon's female version The Odd Couple. Barbara was a performer at The New Theatre, Kansas City Missouri during 2012 in the play Social Security. The play had a run of a few days in Jacksonville Florida.
